Good morning dear friends!
After my little absence here on the blog (and never at my social networks), caused by work and various commitments, I have chosen to dedicate a moment for me today, spending short free time at Villa Borghese. Taking advantage of the beautiful scenery (and weather in my favor), I made a photoshoot with my last metropolitan male style outfit.
Villa Borghese is a true paradise. It always amazes my self how in the city center, just a few kilometers from the absolute chaos of Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, there is an ‘oasis of calm and peace. It ‘very nice to be able to detach from the frenetic rhythms of the city, even for brief periods (such as lunch break), and people that live in Rome, Milan or in other European capitals can certainly understand how important it is to find a space for ourselves if you do not want to be overwhelmed.
This season is perfect for open air days, in the countryside. In Rome it’s officially arrived the spring (with temperatures ranging from 22 to 26 degrees) and it’s nice to have lunch in the open air with your food take away, soaking ourselves in the beauty of this ancient Urbe!
Rome is always beautiful but with the sun touches the heightest level of her beauty, which seems to shine with greater vigor and power.
The tourists inhabit the most famous places, some of them were having fun watching me posing for these photos; probably I was been their “show” or entertainment during their short break for a meal, before resuming with grueling tour in sandals and shorts (maybe it’s a bit ‘premature and maybe remove “maybe”) in the route of St. Peter and the Colosseum!
My outfit for the occasion looks sporty and metropolitan. I wear Massimo Rebecchi leather jacket combined with a camouflage t-shirt, with white explorer pants ( that I particularly like). To complete the look, the focal point of all my looks is the footwear; this time my pair of shoes looks elegant but at the same time sporty and luxury. Amedeo Testoni, the top range of A.Testoni brand, entirely handcrafted and made in Italy, is one of my recent purchases that I could not acquire in my closet collection.
Now, you no longer tedium with my endless descriptions and leave you with the photos that I hope you enjoy them and they did escape your mind for a few minutes,
Good start to the week!
Edoardo
