A few weeks ago, along with some known of colleagues of Capital, I’ve Been Called to try out a very interesting experience of sport and wellness. After having really experienced its benefits, I’m here to tell you about it,tThat follow me in so many and ask for advices on the subject physical activity and beauty treatments.
In summary, the new Gran SPA Director of the prestigious Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Daniel Halmagyi, has decided to redesign the activities of their elegant structure, creating a truly unique path designed for small and big sporting people.
This program contains a path running through the most beautiful monuments of Rome Including Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and Piazza del Popolo (In the picture you see me Running along the Ara Pacis), for about 5/6 Km, according to their own race rhythm.
After the race, you return to your hotel, beginning the day with a rich breakfast with an amazing pool view; I want to clarify that I have not ever found in a luxury hotel a breakfast similar to this one that I found at Rome Cavalieri, for variety of proposals and extreme quality of food both sweet and savory. Of course, after the splendid race route and reclamation I started at 8.00 in the morning, I had to fee waivers, if I didn’t want to lose all the work done together with my coach.
However, after breakfast, a stretching lesson immersed in the quiet park of the Hotel, helped us to release muscle tension and correctly working with our body.
After a intense day of “work” and my swim in the pool, I discovered the sophisticated SPA, definitely one of the biggest and prestigious beauty area that I have ever tried in Rome, where are perfomed unique treatments signed by the known brand La Prairie.
Personally I had a massage that I already knew but only here I love to repeat it , having experienced the real differences and benefits. It’s called Black & Shoulder massage and it’s based on the pressure of “strategic” points of the back and neck, resulting in relaxation of contractures of back and limbs.
The beauty of this property lies in the fact of being a short walk from the center of Rome but nestled in a unique place, the point Higher of Rome, in order to be able to escape when you want from the caos of the city, and nestle here, to find yourself, through immersion in beauty and style ….
